Get ready for a wickedly fun on Davenport’s Credit Island as it transforms into the Haunted Island — an all day Halloween celebration filled with thrills, treats, and family-friendly fun!
• Haunted Island Festivities
Enjoy activities and fun all day long. Come in costume, bring your friends and family, and soak up the spooky riverfront atmosphere with your friends from Special Olympics and Davenport Parks and Recreation.
• Anyone 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Recommended age to attend the medium scary hayrack ride (Friday night) is 13.
• Please NO pets on the Haunted Island during the event.

• Saturday Afternoon: Not-So-Scary Halloween Bash (All Ages)
Come dressed as your favorite monster, ghost, pirate, or princess — and help us “Monster Up” the riverfront! It’s a frightfully fantastic afternoon of laughter, candy, and community fun by the Mississippi River. Join your friends from Davenport Junior Theatre for a free family Halloween Bash! Enjoy games, candy, a maze, haunted house, petting zoo, bounce houses, and more — all led by the talented Davenport Junior Theatre student committee. No worries. Our family friendly, all afternoon will be not-so-scary!

• Saturday Evening: Scary Movie in the Park (Ages 13+ recommended)
As the sun sets, the real scares begin! Davenport Parks and Recreation will host a Scary Movie in the Park for those ages 13 and over. The community has spoken — after five weeks of voting in the October Madness Movie Bracket, the top film will be revealed on the big screen!
The evening kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with food trucks and yard games. Bring blankets or low-back chairs, grab some food and an opportunity for jump scares and screams as watch enjoy a scary movie under the stars in the dark of the night on the island.
(In case of rain, cancellations will be announced by 3:00 p.m. the day of the movie.)
