New, dynamic, and fun each session, acting classes can be taken time and again to expand foundational skills. Acting develops a student's ability to speak clearly, confidently, and creatively! This imaginative, high energy environment provides basic theatre terminology, improvisation, characterization, vocal technique and physical skills. The session concludes with an in-person performance!

Note:

Acting 12+ : Thu 10:30-11:30am takes place at Davenport Junior Theatre, located at 1002 West Kimberley Rd. Davenport, IA 52806.
Showcase and Tech Rehearsals will be held at the Nighswander Theatre, located at 2822 Eastern Ave. Davenport, IA 52803.
Theatre Classes begins Monday, September 8th - Thursday, December 4th, 2025.
Classes meet once a week at the scheduled time.
Students sign in at front desk in the main lobby. Parents please come day 1.
No Classes November 24th-29th
Classes conclude with performance on December 6th or 7th. Specific performance times announced by Week #3 of classes.
All students must be potty-trained before enrolling in programs.
Students should dress comfortably and be ready to move.
Showcase is free for family and friends.
Students are allowed up to two absences per session. Any student who exceeds this limit will have their eligibility to perform reconsidered by their instructor and program coordinator.
